About Enzoback

Enzobak is a synergetic blend of highly, specialised selected and selectively adapted microorganisms. This ready to use dry concentrated formulation provides improved waste degradation in septic systems, municipal and light industrial waste treatments plants, vault and pit toilets, composting toilets, sewage pits and lagoons. Enzobak’s application meets the requirements of Municipalities, Industrial and Domestic waste water treatment.

How Enzoback works?

Enzobak converts wastewater into a form that can be safely returned to the environment. During the process, microbes consume the organic waste, and during the process enzymes are generated facilitating easy breakdown of the waste material releasing gas, water, and a small portion on undigested particles like fibres. This is further digested on a longer duration. The ecosystem created in our technology facilitates endogenic respiration wherein self-mass is consumed and thus enabling reduced sludge generation. 

Application in Municipalities

Cantex waste water treatment uses its proprietary product, Enzobak which combats challenges of solids, sludge, malodors, organic, build-up, and grease especially in large municipalities. These are usually undesirable levels of BOD, H2S, TSS, FOG and poor DO stability. Such challenges often happen due to out dated facilities that do not meet the capacity of a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial waste streams. Using chemicals or manual labour as waste water treatment measures can be costly and inefficient.

The Enzobak microbial formulation contains specifically selected strains of microbes to target organic wastes common in waste water plants to prevent solids/sludge accumulation at pump stations, in sewer lines and improve the plant efficiency.

Enzobak being a natural bacterial consortium formulated to meet the demand of maintaining grease traps, drains, pumping lines, sewers and waste water pre–treatment facilities to food processing plants to keep them free from blockages caused by fat, oil and grease (FOG) accumulations and reducing BOD.

These benefits will greatly increase the amount of time between the scheduled grease trap plumping/cleaning; keep effluent well below the discharge limits and yield a considerable reduction in the overall grease cap and solids up on the bottom of the trap.

Enzobak is very effective in treating domestic waste water, especially the anaerobic septic tanks and house hold sanitary devices. Enzobak provides odor free environment and reduced sludge generation in the conventional septic tanks.
